Please take notice that the Town of Berne Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing to discuss a variance application for Marge McMahon, 783 Woodstock Road (SBL #103.10-3-30).
The hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Berne Community and Senior Center, 1360 Helderberg Trail, Berne, N.Y. All interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard.
